This advanced workshop explores the neuroscience and psychology behind event experiences and teaches strategies to design for attendee mindset and behavior for lasting change. Participants will leave with actionable frameworks to design transformative events. Key Competencies: • Behavioral Psychology in Events: Understand psychological triggers and techniques to drive engagement and behavior change. • Immersive Experience Design: Learn how to create multi-sensory, interactive experiences that foster emotional connections and personal growth. • Measurement & Impact Assessment: Develop skills to evaluate the effectiveness of mindset and behavioral change initiatives within events. Spring 2025 Dates and Locations: • June 2-6, in-person in Lincoln, Nebraska • Due to the focus on the neuroscience and psychology behind event design in this course, we do require you to have completed the event design course first. (Spring offering: March 24-25) • Cost: $2,495 o Includes five days of mid-morning snacks, lunches, and afternoon snacks. o Includes all course materials, workbooks, and handouts. o Includes proprietary design framework and facilitator guide. o Includes certificate of completion. o Does NOT include travel or accommodation.
